Fixed Protoss-Star Children interactions, for real this time!

Fixed a bug which was preventing Protoss shipsets from working with Star Children. Protoss now have custom Mothership designs.

Added custom hex limits, rescaled a few background images.

Renamed 'Aiur' subset to 'Khalai', ended the Carrier Clone Wars.

Fixed bug where support ships had a minimum size.
