The "What If Stinker Had Normals?" Definitive Edition Update

[GENERAL]
- ALL of Stinker's sprites have been updated and touched up
- Stinker now properly uses all 8 color slots for his palettes
did you know Stinker's original release has 4 color slots dedicated to his black and white fur? yeah I really sucked at that
- Dash Start, Dash, and Airdodge have been reanimated
- A variety of palettes have been replaced or redone
- Clouds can now be ignited by other Stinker players

- Clouds now properly despawn when Stinker is KO'd
- Clouds now last longer when spawned before disappearing
- Changed his Star KO scream and Jester Parry laugh
- Updated the Dracula and Daroach boss dialogue to match his current characterization.
pretty sure the Daroach mod is still busted but hey its in the files

[Jab]
- Jab's 2nd hit reanimated, Stinker's arm (and hurtbox) now extend visually when slashing

[DTilt]
- Reanimated, gas now spews more from the front
- Made it easier to combo into other aerials if the attack lands

[UTilt]
- Now only hits once

[DStrong]
- Redone, now a downward dog yoga pose that strikes his front first then his back

[UStrong]
- Redone, now a standing tree yoga pose

[Dash Attack]
- Redone, now a sliding kick into a stab upwards
- The claw stab can be turned around by holding the opposite direction
- If it is turned, it becomes a kancho that launches opponents facing away from Stinker

[UAir]
- Stinker no longer holds his arm out, extending his hurtbox for no good reason

[FAir]
- Redone, now a strong claw swipe with a sweetspot

[BAir]
- Redone, now a fast kick backwards

[DAir]
- No longer throws out another hitbox if the first hit successfully connects unless attack is still being held down

[NSpecial - Teleport]
- Is now a true teleport. Moves past ledges, rocks, thin walls, what have you.
- Stinker now loses all momentum on start-up
- Invincible Clouds are now indicated by faster animation speed instead of a colored outline
- VFX and SFX updated

[FSpecial - Drill]
- New move, a drill forward that can be jump canceled if it connects before the final hit

[USpecial - Skunk Burst]
- Reanimated, no longer reuses his double jump sprites when rising
- Now leaves Stinker helpless after performing
- New Cloud VFX while being launched upwards

[DSpecial - Ignite]
- Cloud explosions no longer scale in damage when chained, but damage has been increased to compensate
too many times has a cluster of Clouds suddenly sent an opponent to the blast zone due to the scaling reaching max in what only looked like two chains

[Taunt]
- Reanimated to cause more tilt
- Can now be canceled into Teleport by pressing Special
make them take the bait
