Updated cargo sizes to better reflect the cabinets.
shelves are one row of ten per shelf
Cabinets are smaller but inline with their sizing. Didnt want these to be HUGE storage, just wanted them used for bar stuff.

removed CFTOOLS code i missed in the action. This will be revisitied (code is in my server codebase and didnt test properly)
