- Set base stamina cost for Heavy attacks to 25 (from 50)

* Aoikazekage:
- Set base stamina cost for Light attacks at 8 (from 15)
- Set base stamina cost for Heavy attacks at 10 (from 20)

* Shinai:
- Set base stamina cost for Light attacks at 11 (from 22)
- Set base stamina cost for Heavy attacks at 16 (from 32)

* Dragonbone Katana:
- Set Light attack damage to 39 (from 48)
- Set Heavy attack damage to 45 (from 52)

Affects Yamatai Exiles katanas with IDs of 111193 through 111220
