- Arrows added to stage 10

Made it easier. It is Surf SIMPLE after all

- Made a lot of the ramps longer
- Made first coupl rounds easier
- Widened gaps in last round, harder to over shoot exit
- Widened the strafe walls
- Connected some ramps throughout
