Reworked Sandbox settings. Each option now works independently (except Min/Max %, which are required for either water randomization or retaining water in toilets), allowing full flexibility - from a completely passive mode to a fully hardcore experience.
Note: if Water Removal Mode is OFF, the "Toilets Keep Water" option will have no effect (as expected).
Fixed a bug where the last drop of water (0.00) remained after either drinking or pouring water into a container.

1.0.1: (Forgot to change version in-game)
Tainting Water added. By default, this feature is disabled (-1).
When enabled, water will become tainted after a configurable number of in-game days following the water shutdown.
Fixed a bug where the last drop of water (0.00) remained in any water container (Not really a bug, but it bothered me…)
