- Cannibal Hunters join the Deadcat Militia with Robun becoming a Captain.
- The Bastion becomes a military outpost for Deadcat to begin striking back at the United Cities.
- Militia Patrols become more frequent in Bast, and Sinkuun
Add override to fall to Cannibals if Robun is Killed and nearby Cannibal leaders are alive.
- Cannibal Patrols become more frequent in Sinkuun, Bast, and Great Dessert.
- Cannibal Hunter spawns will cease.

Add dialogue for Robun if you bring him the Grand Wizard
