Balance Changes

Reduced Tiles income drastically , added a cooler way to assemble the dominator .

Hotfix is here . Reduced T2 of all factories 100 - > 75
Fixed a load of issues .
Fixed some descriptions
added an actual way to be able to assemble the dominator .
