Improved the visibility of the backgrounds by reducing the grey blur on top of them. Thanks a lot to Beezany for providing this change!
Due to the better visibility, every legacy now uses its original victory scene, no more civ backgrounds are reused as a backup solution.

Changed the antiquity economic background from Egypt's civ image to the proper victory background.
