Small touch ups on flamer and shotgun range

Properly fixes the range for towers

Fixed towers having more activation range than firing range. Towers should now be able to hit targets within their range.

Multiplies the Hp of attack towers, buffs the search radius of drones and resource drone towers so they are not borderline useless.
