replaced all non ascii chars like „ “ ‚ ‘ – ” ’ … — with their ascii counterparts since they show up as ? in the default stellaris font for english.

redone some translations
changed the ringworld names (from double, triple, quadruple to giant, grand, boundless) so they don't have the same name as Gigas so that if you have both mod installed you don't confuse one for the other.
