Final Version
Optimized the script for client/server/shared.

Added ModOptions.
You decide now nearby pile behaviour, absorb it to the one nearby? Or add ad new pile if youre 1 tile away.
You decide now, when a pile is created and how many items it takes to create a pile.

Added a guard that only our clutter piles are prevented from procedual loot (that it doesnt try to prevent spawning loot elsewhere)
