added a distance estimate to the transponder locator panels, it will try to estimate the distance to the source of the transponder based on the timing of the pulses

added engine stall protection to prevent the starter from constantly draining the battery trying to start an engine that can't start, it will now try to start the engine 6 times before giving up until the key is turned off and back on again
