Freshen up rework

-Fixed the worldmodel smoothing errors without increasing any more geometry
-Fixed buffertube smoothing errors
-Reworked textures (made sure some parts aren't too low res and some high res)
-Slightly reworked model and corrected some parts
-Previous M16A2 Barrel is now remodeled into an actual M4A1 14.5 inch barrel
-Corrected M4A1 Carry handle size and width and finally filled in the part near from the charging handle
