Another quick update to safely remove XP observers if lua is reloaded / reinit for any reason. Safe de-duplication.

Added a new tab to the DRJ - XP log, which tracks up to the last 50 XP gain entries per skill, listed in chronological order (newest first).

Note: Due to API restrictions Modifiers (SHIFT etc.) are not saved across sessions.

Flipped the switch to disable moddata write.
