Third attempt to properly upload and make available this mod (and the first batch of vehicles)

Upload Attempt #2 to resolve mod distribution problem (mod not visible despite downloading 25MB of data) by restructuring upload source folders and .zip data

Initial release, containing designs for the following vehicle types...

2x Compact SUV
1x Compact Van
1x Coupe Utility
1x Microvan
1x Minivan
2x Pickup Truck
2x Sedan
1x Van

...Based on the "Bruce's Bush Bashers" design style.

...All of which should be fully compatible with the unmodified/non-modded version of GearCity available at the time of writing.
