Removes ambrosia if you explode(so it doesn't protect you from the explosion, normal ambrosia still works until you stop moving) Thanks to rune for pointing it out

Fixed small issue with exlosion

Updated explosion and kill sequence to look and feel better

Fixed a bug that caused the game to freeze when you stood still with explosion immunity(too many explosions)
