-broccoli is no longer allowed to teabag (with or without honey)
-tweaked up special to if you just hold up for the first seven frames, broccoli will select water automatically (uh still thinking about flophawk idea, i think this makes it far clearer for selecting with uspecial because if you just quickly press special after activating the move you choose the worm hole, but if you wait just three more frames you select water,,, the other options werent an issue to get to with what i already patched)
-fixed bair sfx

-changed neutral special & up special to make it so you rip reality when you release the special button, rather than having to press the special button again
-the directional inputs for those two moves now start on window 1 instead of only being in window 2

-halved time on both fire and lightning rips, they are both much faster now and that means they are more broken yay
-rock rip is a bit slower now
-dash attack is a frame shorter, and knockback scaling went from 0.8 to 0.6
-fixed issue where you could spawn a rip and it would spawn lower because the signal for teleporting to a blank wormhole didnt go away if broccoli went in a horizontal rip
-fixed compat completely hopefully (by uh a pretty strange way ngl)

-um idk i tried making it so you could jump regardless when you bring in a foe with fspecial but i couldnt and i wasnt sure if it was a good change anyways so i gave up
