Cutholoids have their big mouth replaced by another weapon slot, as earting up your early corvetts is wayyyyy too broken for the new earlygame.

Balance update:

- Cradle of Souls aura now grants only 1 plattform per instance, not 5 as thats way too much.

- Salvage enclave costs increased to x10; Only one time use per shipclass

Balance changes:

Imperial Fiefdom Bulwark now grants only 2 corvetts + destroyer tech instat of 5 destroyers.

Salvage Gas Giant Ship Anomaly wont grant you a cruiser anymore, i changed it into a special destroyer.

Headstart removed: You wont start anymore with almost 3k power early. That was a bit too much. Fauna actually couldnt touch you anymore in the early game and you would just get 5 influence right from the start
This is turned down to either
1 Corvette
1 Mauler
10 Fauna
progenitor hives wth the right civic will start with 1 additional fauna

Fixed a bug taht caused Bioships to not get 10x their shield and armor values

The ships you get from automated Shipyard Event (R44 and F79) will now correctly use 10 and 20 naval cap

Update Summary

Adjusted Titan / Colossus / Juggernaut caps → now 1k naval cap per Titan, 1.6k for Colossus and Juggernaut.

Added a new policy: disable Juggernauts from building ships via hangars, while still allowing them to repair.

Event Overhauls: Multiple events adjusted, including Astral Fleet, Zarqlan chain, Shroud Manifest, The Seal, Ubologleet, Polaris, Zanaam, Parvus, Sanctuary, Shielded Relic, Ultima Vigilis, Ratlings, Paridayda, Helito, Scrion of Vagros, Treasure Hunter system, and Daemonic Incursion.

Strike Craft: Fixed issue where strikecraft stats were not showing correctly.

Titan Buff: Titans gain more design flexibility for mid and aft sections (e.g. hangars, M slots, etc.).
