FIxed a bug where flasks sometimes had only 1 use when spawned by different methods.
Some background work for future updates.

-DIsabled the Vampiric Flask due to it being unfinished

-Added a new subtype of potions called "Flasks". They can be thrown at enemies.

-The Aim Minigame spawn is now controlled using a config in mod settings(The Lucky Bullet relic now only spawns when this setting is enabled)

-Fixed a bug that allowed to reset the amount of bullets in the minigame pistol.

-Added several new relics.

Mod made visible in workshop.
New potion: "Merchant`s Brew" - Sells stuff on the ground.
Made the Rune Anvil not appear for now(i am waiting untill i learn how to add custom resources to implement it along with all the "Forgeable" items.)

2 new relics added:
"Berserk`s Claw" - bonus temp alactirty on melee hits.
"Blank" - enemy projectiles clear + knockback.
Some adjustments and new rooms to pact and minigame.

New Aim Minigame layout
Forge Anvil and several forge items finished(not added to relic pools yet, so they won`t spawn in runs)
New Relic: "Two-Ton Tunic"
BugFixes
