Beta 6.1? I dont recall at this point. Hotfix for the latest changes

Still no cheaper shotgun. :(

ARCs now give 100 base XP (was 150)
Fade gives 100 base XP (was 75)
Onos gives 150 base XP (was 100)

Fades cost 6 points (was 5)
Onos costs 9 points (was 7). Onos is no longer a complete and utter no brainer.
