Update 4

- Reduce Trueflight Arrows tracking starting time on flying mounts/units to 0.01s from 0.5s and 0.2s(Sister of Twilight)

- This especially help Talon of Dusk to hit more entities(spread more) when SoT is right on top of a regular unit, but ideally you should still engage from a distance so that ToD will hit more entities(when using the SoT mod).

Remarks:
It is cool that this ammo type has +75 BvL(per arrow) in vanilla but this also make it much weaker against some small size lords/heroes/units(losing 75x2 damage, only 240 total damage without buff), and I guess we are not supposed to use Talon of Dusk to attack a single entity.
