Many changes since the last update, but still WIP.

One side has had major work on the exterior of the city walls.
- pulled in the exterior redoubt roughly in-line with the interactivity layer
- added light and heavy cover, foliage, and significant texture/tile work
- one corner redoubt adjusted with stairs rather than a sharp corner.
Stone walls added to the fortress exterior to better resemble Neuf-Brisach
- still work in progress, figuring out some angles.

Updated atmospheres to a new kind, this time derivative of ones used on Elst Outskirts.
- 10.5 minute transition period

Pathfinding and terrain refinement along all walls (except the gate)
Tile refinements beneath buildings
Adjusted one team 2 base MG to cover the entrance properly
Slight grade added to city roads so they are not perfectly flat.

Still WIP of course.

Added stairs to corner elements and removed warnings about parachuting.
removed stone walkways from one wall section and replaced with a steep slope.
Some pathfinding improvements to prevent clipping into stone walls
