* Added a script trigger at the start of a new campaign to prevent AI ogre camps from raiding regions on turn 1.
* The ogre camp near Zhao Ming's start position now belongs to the Thunderguts. This should prevent the AI armies from being a nuisance to Zhao Ming's faction.
