Riot armor doesn't break, change diss helm since it was wrong, TRIED making arena enemies not spawn with new items

added custom categories to all new weapons, hopefully it helps to avoid arena enemies spawning with them, tho usually the cyber bandits will do anyways bc they don't care. Changed wands to be available later in progression.

made the fake wands not spawn with enemies and added a new custom weapon :)

remove melee items from certain categories
