App launcher dock position is now controlled via drag and drop and will automatically change it´s layout in response.

Instead of having user properties for Dock position and alignment, the alignment is now simply based on if the Dock is positioned above or below the wallpapers center point.

Dock position user property now reflects the entire vertical wallpaper size.

Added optional clock frame types: "None" and "Mirror Dock", which uses the same color and alpha settings as the App Launcher Dock.
