bugfix: time trial sometimes removed all perks upon winning

new attempt at fixing peculiar action loading bug

- hopefully fixed a bug that would cause the mod's spells not to appear in-game
- improved cursed chest loot, most notably with 4 new unique staffs
- added the Expand Mana spell
- changed the Overclock spell: its effect should now always trigger at the end of your wand

- added an alt fire variation for Bolt Catcher
- new mod setting that disables alt fire spell variations if the Alt Fire Anything mod is enabled (default true)

NEW Spell - Bolt Catcher: converts nearby enemy projectiles into health

add stun protection to Master Of Lightning

- improved Flurry spell
- added Ramp Up spell
- removed mana drain from Rewind if its effect doesn't trigger

improved the Friend of the Fairies perk, updated some spell spawn rates
