- Added Bleeding Out effect to cards: Merciless Jab; Open Wound Assault; Gutting Slice.

- Changed the effect of Bloodied Vow: Whenever a Bleed or a Bleeding Out effect kills an enemy, increase your Max HP by 1, gain 4/7 gold and heal 2/3 HP.

- Made Last Gasp to be a Strike card. Red Mist also checks for Bleeding Out deaths.

- Made Ensnare card to be a starter card (won't show up in the rewards), as well as Careful Approach.

- Removed Exhaust from Savage Focus unupgraded version as well as Rupture Trap.

Updated some of the cards' visuals :)

Added a new Keyword: Bleeding Out - deal 1% Max HP damage for each stack of this debuff.

Added a new Relic - Bloodletter's Blade, which accompanies this new keyword.

Added a new Event - Bloodstained Chest.

Updated the Relentless Cruelty card's code to be smoother.

Added an effect to Endless Retaliation - Move 1 card from the Exhaust pile to the discard pile.

Fixed a bug with Downfall compatibility, added a few effects to gain cards :)

Effects added:
Vital Weakness: Add 1 card from your discard to your hand.
Hook Chain: Add 1 Random (Upgraded) Bleed card to the hand.
Punishing Drag: Play the top card of your draw pile.

Artery Cut: Increased healing to 3/6 HP.

Added compatibility to Downfall mod's bosses, some additional draw effects for a few cards :)

Added some additional visual feedback when an enemy resists an Entangled effect :)

Realized that the Entangle power had an encounter breaking bug for some encounters, so fixed that :D
