Did several name changes to fit the more FO3 and FNV vibe and removed an M1917 variant I was un-satisfied with.

A bunch of misc. balancing changes and tweaks across every gun category alongside vmpos position of some.

Added the newly released RS2 SMGs but Fallout-ified them.

Various weapon renaming, QOL tweaks, and small tweaks to balancing of some guns.

Changed a lot of their names to ones that sound better and added Fallout ammotypes to them all.

Changed some weapon names to be a little less generic but still Fallout-ish
