changelog; third person shoulder view

fixed multiplayer support bullet parallax correction now actually works online (returning true from EntityFireBullets so edits apply)

fixed tfa / cw2 spread issues shotgun pellets and multi-pellet weapons now keep their spread patterns instead of collapsing to a single ray, while still aiming at the crosshair

cleaned up respawn behavior if you set default tp, you’ll auto-return to third-person after dying/spawning

minor polish on chat messages and toggle handling

note: physgun beam is still drawn from the eye instead of the over-shoulder cam. not gamebreaking so i left it for now, will look at it later if i get time.

added

!tpdefault: enables third-person as your default view. respawns always put you back in tp automatically.

!tpdefaultoff: disables the default, so respawns keep you in fp unless you toggle manually.

changes

respawn logic now respects the default flag (tp if enabled, fp if disabled).
