Major Update: Fully repainted all province dominion borders. Everything should now be properly aligned barring the potential for a few misplaced pixels or something.

Standard conversion pass. Mountains fix, spawnsite checks, terrain, etc.

NOTE: Dominion borders for all provinces are still currently a work in progress. Only a small number have been fixed as of this current version; this will be fixed with future updates.
The map itself is otherwise completely functional for regular gameplay.
