1.1.0

The first big update to address issues brought up by users, and incorporate initial balance feedback from the LK Server Iteration 25-1 survey and focus groups.

Main Mod
- Railgun Power/Reload Buff:
- - LG Railgun Reload Time: 3min -> 2min
- - LG Railgun Recharge Draw: 100MW -> 75MW (Reduced due to issues with NPCs)
- - SG Railgun Reload Time: 1min -> 40sec
- - SG Railgun Recharge Draw: 15MW -> 7.5MW (Reduced due to issues with NPCs)
- Infantry Weapon Fixes:
- - Rifles can no longer use all rifle ammunition. This was an experiment, but it caused more confusion than anything.
- - Rifles can also no longer use the legacy 5.56x45 NATO Magazine, as it is no longer used in-game.
- - The above also applies to Interior Turrets.
- AI Block Tooltip:
- - Added custom tooltips to Offensive & Defensive AI to emphasise their 4km Lock-on range.
- - Note: Build Info will still report incorrect ranges in their panel, as it seemingly uses a hardcoded value?

LKCR - Relative Top Speed Fork
- Drastically increased maximum Angular Velocity limits.
- - This is a bandaid fix for a major issue which crippled wheel speed when thrusters were used as "boosters".
- - Thrust-boosted rovers might still behave strangely at times, but tt should be fine now for the most part. I've tested it with around 20 workshop bikes, rovers and tanks at speeds of up to 130m/s.

Small change relating to Target Locking.

If all goes well, this is the final pre-release version.

- Player-based Target Lock range increased to 6km (from 4km).

Finalised ammo costs and a tiny Gatling buff.

Main Mod
- Added proper Assembler Ingot Costs to all Ammos.
- - Early Pistols, Early Rifles and Interior Turrets are now usable with just Ingots gained from Stone.
- Gatling Damage against grids has been increased by approximately 10% to account for the previous nerf.
- - This improves damage against PMWs such as Guided Missiles.

LKCR Heavy Gas Fork
- Set default config to apply to NPC ships.

Various refinements for Small Grids, and a slightly tuned Gatling Turret.

Main Mod
- Gatling Turret Firerate has been reduced to improve hit registration when many gatlings fire at once (3'000 -> 2'500 RPM)
- - Damage against grids is consequently reduced by approximately 14%.
- - Ordnance interception appears to be unaffected.
- Small Grid Heavy Armor no longer has the health nerf of its Large Grid variant.
- - This makes small grids slightly more survivable.
- Large Grid Railgun recharge power draw has been reduced to help NPC grids (150 -> 100 MW).
- - Capacity has been decreased slightly to ensure that charge duration stays at 3 minutes.
- Small Grid Cockpits have had their explosion resistances tuned (-85% -> -25% Explosive Resistance)
- - This should make it less likely for fighters to get their cockpits disintegrated by explosive AoE damage.
- - A direct impact will still one-shot the cockpit if the shell doesn't ricochet. This is currently not fixable :(
- Updated the workshop description & change summary text copies.

Add stats for Explosive Barrels (DecoPack3 DLC)

Main Mod
- LG & SG Explosive Barrels: Stats now in parity with SG Warheads (15'000 -> 300 Damage).
- - The radius is basically identical to vanilla anyways, so this is just a damage "nerf" - though it makes barely any difference at such short ranges.

Heavy armor, warheads & LG speed adjustments

Main Mod
- LG Warhead: 2000 -> 15'000 Damage
- Heavy Armor: Applied -50% resistance to bring it back to reasonable values (Now half health compared to vanilla
- Heavy Armor: Changed deformation ratio to 0.2

LKCR - Relative Top Speed Fork
- Large Grid
- - LG Minimum Cruise Speed: 75 -> 50 (reduced to ensure correct curve)
- - LG Max Boost: 300 -> 250
- - LG Boost Resistivity: 0.25 -> 0.5 (increased to account for the lower range of boost to fix scaling

- Small Grid
- - SG Minimum Cruise Speed: 75 -> 100 (Medium & Max remain unchanged. This just ensures that no SG ever goes below 100m/s, regardless how heavy)
- - SG Medium Mass: 100'000 -> 75'000
- - SG Maximum Mass: 200'000 -> 150'000

- Edited mod code to always use "default" values, allowing me to update the mod values remotely.
- - This essentially disables local config editing for end users, but seeing as we're the ones doing the balance, they dont' need to.

Further finetuning.

- Reduced autocannon projectile velocity to 750m/s (from 1000m/s).
- - This addresses concerns over potential spam on subgrids.
- Fixed AI Block & Target Lock Distances to be 4km (from 3km).

Addressing more topics brought up during testing, adding missing features.

- Further tuned assault cannons:
- - LG Assault Turret now fires at 40RPM (previously 30)
- - Static Assault Cannon & SG Assault Cannon Turret now fires at 20RPM (both previously 30)
- Nerfed heavy armor (deformation of 0.3 - almost double of vanilla, making it better at tanking bullets and worse at explosions. No resistances applied.)
- Add CTC support (SG: 2.5km, LG: 4km)
- Add AI support (4km - note that this affects NPCs too)
- Added system that makes Warheads be always armed
- Fixed the rocket firerates: they now the barrage fire rate they were meant to have (accidental pre-publish regression. They were meant to fire at 480RPM and only fired at vanilla values.)

Addressing the first internal playtest feedback.

Main Mod
- Fixed missing ModAdjusterV2 dependency
- This means that the health rebalance works now
- Fixed Assault & Artillery being way too overpowered (explosion radius & damage reduced, ricochet tuned)

LKCR - Heavy Gas Fork
- Replaced standard "Heavy Gas" with LKCR Fork.
- Gases only weigh half as much as in the base mod now.
- 1000kg Ice/H20 = 450kg O2 + 50kg H2
