I added a self-interaction to stop or resume "Request Turn Into Vampire" from others, if they start to annoy you.

I added a decision to become an original vampire, which requires gold, prestige, piety, and a friend or family that has the vanilla witch trait.
I also updated the Russian Loc for the new features.

Just added the Original Hybrid trait, and fixed some small things.
