Finally, for REAL this time, found a way to add the tail!

Changed the player name portrait's file name in both the XML and in the files themselves to that Tainted Lazarus does not get affected by the name change.

ACTUALLY, for REAL this time, fixed the issue where Tainted Lazarus was using Classic Lazarus' sprites.

Fixed an unfortunate oversight where Tainted Lazarus would use regular Lazarus' hair sprites.
