fixed russian language to be consistent with terrarias standards

removed glaring issues that were left over from last update (dialogue related)
fixed both languages dialogue to be consistent with terrarias (russian is incomplete because i forgot again)

added one letter to the russian localization file cause i forgot

some dialogue was missing, now works
edited some dialogue
russian translation added

added two whole symbols to the localization file cause it was pissing me off

the merchants gibs are now spamton themed as well

names didnt work, they do now
