added new ways to escape and stuff

-fixed the walll that you can escape from (thank you age derpderp)

- made it so that it is harder to cut your way out (but still possible)

-changed a solitary confinement cell that was nest to the wall

made the prison a bit harder and adding more dogs

fixed the floor
