- Added the Ford Focus RS (Class C)
- Added the BMW 3.0 CSL Gr. 5 (Class C)
- Added Wheel offsets when using certain bodykits on certain cars

- Tweaked performance on ALL cars to use stats from NFS World itself
- Tweaked the visual-only "Tier" in the description on most cars
- Tweaked the positioning of Sprites and effects (Exhaust, Headlights, Brakes, etc.) to be 1:1 with NFS World

- Added localizations for the Spawnlist entries
- Tweaked performance on all existing cars
