Spooky season is upon us!
- Added the McLaren MP4-12C "Braaaiiiins" (Class S)
- Added the Cadillac CTS-V (Class C) + Tuned (Class A) (as voted by a community member)

- Added vehicle skins to almost all cars
- Changed the preset appearance on most Tuned vehicles to resemble closer to a World preset

- Added new Police versions of the BMW M3 GTS, Mazda RX-8 '09, Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R and Renault Sport Mégane R.S., stat-wise based on their tuned* variants.
*Excluding the BMW M3 GTS, which is based on its default

- Bumped the brake power up again on all cars to an above-average level
- Tweaked suspension level on all* cars to make them slightly more bouncy and have more bodyroll
*Tuned cars will have slightly stiffer suspension, and some will have raised/lowered ride height over their non-tuned counterparts

- Tweaked traction and cornering stats on ALL cars to make them wheelspin a bit more, but not spin out as easily. This means that all cars will have altered cornering speed and traction, but worse forward traction, but altered centre-of-mass to reduce spinning out while wheelspinning. Note that some cars might under- or oversteer more than before.

- Federal Unit: Altered Centre-of-Mass to make it easier to roll over, increased mass, tweaked gear ratios, reduced power and turning speed and tweaked traction

- Caterham Superlight: Reduced forward traction
- Challenger R/T Tuned: Reduced power but improved acceleration and forward traction. Also softened the suspension
- Charger R/T Tuned: Reduced power but improved acceleration and forward traction. Also softened the suspension
- Jeep Cherokee Tuned: Reduced turning speed, and lowered Nitrous power from +100% to +33%
- Hummer + Tuned: Tweaked centre-of-mass and reduced turning speed to reduce rolling over when cornering at above-average speeds
- Ford F-150 + Tuned: Tweaked centre-of-mass to improve steering and reduce rolling over when cornering at above-average speeds
- Marussia Tuned: Slightly reduced acceleration but improved forward traction
