can now init takeovers again via chat command more than once (if you want to reshuffle everyone again)

changing skins via chat commands should now stay on restart (round loss)

MonoEvent's OnStart not working on some chapters so trying another way

refresh entity indices even when in singleplayer

OnPlayerInstanceChange, if human steam id already in the list, leave it alone, because that means recorded entity indices are stale, refresh entity indices

changed the shuffle bool to profile_cfgs_shuffled array. so can choose which ones to not shuffle
example:
profile_cfgs = ["bill.cfg", "zoey.cfg"]
profile_cfgs_shuffled = ["nick.cfg", "coach.cfg", "ellis.cfg", "louis.cfg", "francis.cfg", "rochelle.cfg"]
(for bill and zoey to always appear, but everyone else will be random)

Usage: !skinchange "Player Name" "profile name.cfg"

(if no spaces, no need quotes)

examples:
!skinchange zoey mike.cfg
!skinchange "your moms car" purple_francis.cfg

For RefreshEntityIndices, GetVanillaBots instead of GetBots, to try avoid Mike from Cold Front
(reverted this change in the future)
