- Carnelian no longer provides Pneuma
- Carnelian now costs 40 Pneuma

MORWENNA PATCH 1.1:
- Carnelian IASA from 20f to 14f
- Fermenting Dreg IASA from 20f to 18f
- Balmung [Mirage] IASA from 40f to 28f
- Starving Wail is now Free-Cancellable but is no longer self-interruptible
- Flight IASA is now 8f during combo.
- Added Burst Cancel
- Hitting opponent with Burst now gives 40 Pneuma
