Added climbable vehicles and hatch/sunroof climbing options to pretty much every KI5 vehicle!

Refactored a lot of the code behind it, this feature should be a lot more safer to use.

Patched bouncing vehicles in junkyards after quickly reloading the area again (I think).

You can now climb on the new 3 new race cars!

Invisible Cars Patch

Junkyards are now pretty much as immersive as it gets. Added random part removal.

Rebalanced all traffic jam vehicle qualities and made junkyards have some random good quality parts, but also a lot of missing or just really bad parts.

Changed mod name in files and in game, ID is still the same as to not break saves and for simplicity.

Minor *bug* fixes.

Fixed an issue with player spawning outside allowed area on vehicle causing errors which lead to teleporting back to the bugged vehicle when attempting to hop on another normal one.

Added MOD OPTIONS (keybinds) all the climbing on vehicles stuff.
