A whole bunch of inconveniences added up into one update.

Added more spawn zones and adjusted others.

Note that race cars, despite now having more zones, can only spawn the 3 different types at most. Having more would just repeat the same vehicle and that doesn't make any sense since they're supposed to be 1 of 1, wait for new race cars to release or get modders to make nascars of their own.

Extra Traffic Jams Sandbox Fix

The final sandbox settings patch after going through all of them.

Fixed game requiring a full restart to use corpse spawning in vehicles sandbox setting.
