Update for 1.6

Added extra check for emissions. Slightly reduced the radius. Moved the light positions to avoid shadow clipping. Made Emissions flicker a bit more stable.

Added shake, emission flicker, made much wider and much mroe range

Fixed radius changing too much too fast when in close range. Improved close range illumination

New Texture and work on the radius. More realistic brightness

Moved the flashlight slightly back to avoid casting too many shadows. Some weapons, attachements and animations had issues with their shadows
