Included portrait fixes for Droidekas, Binary Load Lifters, AT-STs, R5 units, and Gonk droids.

Edits the Super Battle Droid portrait settings to better fit into frame.
Sets a new editor file for Super Battle Droids which removes unnecessary facial options, and restricts some sliders to ensure the B2 will be taller and less wonky if you find a random one.
A premade body file is also included for thinner B2 droids, but not currently used. This is in case you get a high-strength B2 with awkward proportions and want an easy way to slim it down.
