- Added a new feature, "allow_counter_when_pinned". When enabled, you can damage special infected by holding SHOVE button when you're taking damage as you're pinned by special infected.

- A quick update to fix damage bugs on some signature moves & "brawler_user" feature.

- Changed the damage formula to make it not too powerful & at the same time more flexible & configurable to be used on upcoming features & signature moves later.
