All scarves can be worn as accessories that benefit the player (and look snazzy as hell). The only exception is the Puppet Scarf, it cannot be worn.

Susie now sells the Red Scarf, Raggers 1 and 2, Fiber Scarf and Flex Scarf.

Added Susie, a new town npc that sells many of her and Kris’ own weapons from the game she derives from, along with some unique and potentially useful equipment. You can have her move in after you defeat 50 Zombies in a world.
Added the Mean Mantle, an accessory sold by Susie.
Added the Shadow Mantle, an incredibly powerful defense accessory that may make certain death boss battles easier for those inexperienced.
Added the Mane Axe, Rude Axe, Kris’ Kris, SpookySword, BounceBlade, MechaSaber, Winglade, Brave Axe, Auto-Axe, Toxic Axe, Absorb Axe and Axe of Justice, all weapons that Susie can sell.
Added the Saber 10, a nod to Deltarune’s weapon of the same name that will be craftable.
