Docking port was not wired to nav terminal. This has been corrected.

Added squelch switch to the detention power failure alarm

Siren Toggle on Barb now disables the docking lights, for purer color
Barb O2 generator and engine made invincible, to prevent awkwardness when trying to repair them
Wall decals in cell block moved to deeper layer
Added vent to solitary room
Moved loose vent in reactor room for easier reach
Rehulled utility room to remove wet look
Adjusted chair and periscope in security so that they are usable

Fixed unconnected waypoints between Observation and Amidships Damage Control
