- Added Transit Tube filter to Deconstruct Tool and Cancel Tool
This makes working in the Transit Tube overlay far more intuitive.
Just like with other overlays, the filter auto-locks to Transit Tube mode when the overlay is active.
You can now safely drag the Deconstruct Tool across large areas without accidentally destroying unrelated parts of your base.

- Deconstruct Orders (for transit tubes) are now visible in the overlay view.
