- Change Stepstones/Pirate legacy to be available to all whose capital is in stepstones or pirates. It was available to pirates only before
- Change dynasty_triggers to stop AI taking my new tracks half way, know this recently, this however would make compatibility with other legacy mod decrease, as either their change or mine will be running, causing AI to halfway select either theirs or mine new tracks.
- Change AI tendency to pick legitmacy and legend track much lower than it used to be, because these two tracks are useless most of the time for AIs
- Stop AI from picking adventure or pillage or other dlc tracks when they were not supposed to, this was a mild neglect from the mod team which I'm lazy to report myself.
- Change name of Free Folks to Free Folk

- Increase AI chance of picking those legacies 3 folds, e.g. three times of guile or other normal ones. and more chances if they have a prestigious dynasty similar to increased chance of legitmacy and heroic. I found out that if AI has presitgious dynasty like legend or fabled, they have a vastly increased chance to choose those two.

- Tweak pirate dynasty legacy, and can be picked even if no longer pirate now if picked first rank when being a pirate.
