Tweaked some of his dialogue lines and added some more. He's very talkative!

Also had set the repeat time for his lines very short for testing but left this in the mod... He's still talkative but his banter will have a more "normal" game duration before playing more lines.

Tweaked some dialogue lines, corrected some mispellings, added another line or two.

Updated some of his thieving and lockpicking skills to match his stealth.

Increased his perception skill.

Big update of more lines and some general fixes on dialogue conditions. The FCS is fascinating and surprisingly easy to work with. I love it!

Okama has some dialogue with Hamut who he sees as a father figure.

Okama will have a brief line about being allied to the Flotsam.

Okama may try to flirt with a Shek character.

I've expanded his Holy Nation lines as well as expanded his lines for the Phoenix's world state.
